What did you do with everyone else on the boat, Dave?

.....Dave?

Is your leg hanging over the boat? Are you trying to fish with your toes as the bait?

Please tell me you are wearing pants! Because it certainly doesn't look like it.

ALRIGHT! You have all inquired and I am forced to answer. I am wearing pants. My legs were both inside of the boat, and I in fact was not fishing with my toes. As for the whole family not being in the boat. That is a whole different story. The "family" thought it would be a hilarious joke if they told me about the elusive prehistoric turtle that lives in little sugar lake. This "turtle" is supposed to be 3 feet wide, and as long a full grown man. They all said when the sun is in the middle of the sky, the turtle can sometimes be seen basking in the sweet sweet rays of the sun. They also warned me of the turtles fatal bite, and that they have seen it eat loons, beavers, and the occasional small child. I of course had to see the freak of nature myself, and decided to hop into the family fishing boat around noon time. I revved the quick 40 horsepowered motor and took to the middle of the lake......for 3 hours! No sign of the turtle at all. The prehistoric beast was not showing it's face today....to my dismay, I look and the entire family is laughing their heads knowing that I have taken the bait and believed their tall turtle tale. Jessica snapped this picture when I was at full rage determined to still see the turtle in the water.

okay, so I was just waiting to bring the boat up onto the trailer, alone. BUT reader beware somewhere out there, there could be a prehistoric turtle waiting to nibble on your freshly wet toes. Look for it during the high noon sun. Goodbye.....
